All products are described and presented with the utmost care.
However, slight differences in colour or appearance may exist depending on the screen.
RhynoPro cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the photos and the products received.

Prices are quoted in British pounds (£) and include all applicable taxes (VAT).
RhynoPro reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will always be charged at the rate in effect at the time of order.

5. Orders
Any order placed on www.rhynopro.com means that you accept these terms and conditions.
Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summarising your purchase.

7. Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 working days.
Deliveries within the United Kingdom typically take 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
RhynoPro is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.

6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw and request a refund.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

We will offer you an exchange or a full refund at no additional cost.

10. Legal warranty
All RhynoPro products are covered by UK consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015), ensuring that items are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

11. Limitation of liability
RhynoPro shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or non-use of the products sold.
Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order concerned.

Return policy

At RhynoPro, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

1. Return conditions
To be eligible:
The item must be new, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
The labels must be intact.
Personalised or hygiene items (e.g. underwear) are non-refundable.

2. Procedure
Send us an email at contact@rhynopro.com with your order number.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
Once the product has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days to your original payment method.

3. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
The item is defective.
A shipping error was made by RhynoPro.
In these cases, the costs will be covered by us.

4. Exchanges
Would you like a different size or model?
Contact us at contact@rhynopro.com, and we will do what we can depending on stock availability.

5. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please send a photo to contact@rhynopro.com within 7 days of receipt.
We will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
